Cameron Diaz's dad has passed on
TMZ is reporting that Cameron Diaz's father, Emilio Diaz, has died of pneumonia.
Production was shut down today on Diaz's current film, "My Sister's Keeper." Diaz Sr. was reportedly a resident of Seal Beach, Calif., who was only in his 50s.
Considering the sudden death of her father, it's doubtful Diaz will make it to a scheduled private party Wednesday night thrown by by British GQ and Dunhill, hosted by Elton John, his partner, David Furnish, and Dylan Jones, British GQ's editor.
Cameron is on the cover of the new issue of British GQ.
