Heidi Montag gets her hands dirty!
How did I miss this monumentous event? "The Hills" alum Heidi Montag modeled her new Anchor Blue clothing line, appropriately called Heidiwood, in a fashion show Friday held at Hollywood and Highland!
Check out the innovative styling of these black hot pants and a midriff-baring bustier in Montag's signature zebra stripes (be-cause ... leopard prints were already taken?).
And don't think that Heidi isn't helping design this amazing stuff.
Here's what she says in the press release:
"I plan to get my hands dirty on this one. This is something I have always wanted to do, and Anchor Blue has enabled me to be an integral part of the design process. Each and every piece will have my initial input, feedback and final approval stamped all over it."
Yup. We can sure see that stamp.
The Heidiwood collection consists of 13 pieces AND accessories. Items range from $10 to $60. And the spring 2008 collection hits Anchor Blue retail stores TODAY!
I hear there's gonna be a big bash at Area to celebrate the new line April 22. Gosh, I can hardly wait! Will Spencer be there too?

i think her clothes are something that you could find in kohls, delias, or wherever they sell generic stuff that teenage girls or girls in their early 20's would wear. I don't think she is original at all. I think she copied someone else's hard work, stamped her name on it, and is now trying to copy Lauren Conrad in the fashion industry. She dropped out of Fashion School because she wanted to work in clubs and such so how could this be her dream. I think her outfit makes her look like a cheap hooker right there.

I love how on the hills when Heidi got her job at Bolthouse , the pr firm, she said, "this is what i've always wanted to do. this is why i came to school." then she DROPPED OUT of fashion school. now, she's trying to tell everybody she's always wanted to be a fashion designer, and she was the one making clothes, not lauren. this girl needs to get her story straight. at least lauren's had her mind set from the beginning.
