Fashion Flashback: George Clooney, before Armani

George_clooney_then_2 George_clooney_now

Sure, Oscar-winning actor-director-writer George Clooney is a renowned Man of Style, always sporting expensive custom-tailored Giorgio Armani suits, slick haircuts and automotive accessories.

But check out (above) the "Leatherheads" director's fashion choices before he could afford designer threads and a decent barber. The then-struggling actor attended a 1986 Amnesty International event wearing a slouchy linen jacket and mismatched plaid buttoned-up shirt.

And *gasp,* is that a modified mullet? Business up front and party in the back, George? Really?

George is not alone. To see unspeakable fashion crimes committed by Angelina Jolie, Keira Knightley, Drew Barrymore, Teri Hatcher, Reese Witherspoon, Jessica Alba, Demi Moore, Halle Berry, Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Biel and Julia Roberts before they had personal stylists and international designer BFFs, click here!

And if you are easily horrified, don't say you weren't warned ...

I thought it was quite lame to pick on a very famous native american peacemaker, the daughter of a Chief (now a Disney character) to poke fun of and use it as an excuse to try to downgrade any person for the way they present themselves. And I mean comparing Eva Longoria to Pocohontas in a demeaning way.
