Lara Flynn Boyle (above, in a rare sighting from November 2006) hasn't been hanging out at hot spots much in the past five years.

But that's not why she was almost unrecognizable when she was spotted by the paps at Mr. Chow this week. Check THESE PHOTOS and tell me if you would have known it was the former beauty from "The Practice."

this is terrible injections into her face to stay young. she looks like an absolute freak. she does not look human. nicole kidman is headed in this direction too and they look ridiculous and all you can do is feel sorry for them because they look like mutants.
