Keith Richards, a Louis Vuitton model?
Rolling Stone Keith Richards is not gathering moss. But he's definitely getting some green from Louis Vuitton for appearing in the company's new ad campaign.
In the ad,
photographed by Annie Leibovitz, he's sitting in a hotel room, holding his guitar, wearing his trademark skull scarf.
But he's not wearing LV and he's not even identified. That's because the ad isn't about fashion, but about a personal journey of self-discovery. And hey, no cracks about leather faces and leather suitcases!
Antoine Arnault, head of communications for LV, has this to say about the company's choice of models: "Keith Richards needs absolutely no introduction.... This is the first time ever that Keith Richards has participated in an advertising campaign of any sort, and it is hard to imagine a more compelling embodiment of a personal, emotional journey."
But Keith isn't keeping the LV green. On the rocker's behalf, the company is donating the moola to the Climate Project, spearheaded by Nobel Peace Prize winner Al Gore.

I like The Rolling Stones, but this guy became to old for this. I'm sorry, from Chile, ALDO.-
