Salma's back! And bigger than ever!
So where were last night's expected Global Green Pre-Oscar party co-hosts like Orlando Bloom, Kate Bosworth, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ed Norton, Charlize Theron, Penelope Cruz, even David Duchovny?
C'mon, David can't be that busy.
"We reach out to people early on," Global Green USA CEO Matt Petersen explained. "Leonardo DiCaprio, Edward Norton and Salma Hayek wrote a letter to a lot of actors and actresses in this town asking them to come out. It's about personal relationships –- asking people to turn up for an important organization and event. It’s also a bit of a megaphone, using the Oscars."
Sexy Salma Hayek did show up and the new mom got the most flashbulbs for her very hot global warming-stopping Stella McCartney pantsuit and vegan shoes.
"I think these events are very important because they remind us that we have a responsibility towards Earth and we have to really work together. I think this is one of the best events. Not only is it fun and it has the hippest people and great musicians, it's not so stuffy so you don’t have to worry about what to wear! And it's the night that reminds us to remember every day for the rest of the year that we have a responsibility to our earth and in the way we live."
Going to the Antarctic with Global Green both changed her life and opened her eyes.
"This is going to be an unexpected answer, but the trip made me less extreme about the way I think. For example, I was completely against using leather. When I went there, I realized these people have no other way of living than eating seal and using the leather. It put things in perspective. It's not just about saying, 'I’m against this and against that'. It's really caring and trying to learn about the planet and the people."
To see the scariest critter at last night's party, keep reading....
Adrian Grenier's overgrown face shrubbery made him look like Sasquatch.
He's producing a documentary-style show about the environment. And he'll also star in it.
Is he the next director/star, a la George Clooney? Probably not.
Somebody send this guy a Schick, stat!
Jason Lewis was mum about the "Sex and the City" movie. " "It’s wrapped — I can’t say what happens!" Damn that "S&C" embargo!
Tate Donovan (the guy that dated Jennifer Aniston before Brad Pitt) cycled up on his silver rock hopper two-wheeler bike and sounded pretty eco-passionate!
"We have to do something! We can’t wait any longer about changing our attitude about the environment. Today is the day! Tonight is the night!"

When I wrote my idea if the
celebrities are useful or not
for our environment
on another site,
a man who seems
to belong to a certain
organization replied me that
my being, a moron.
I was so shocked.
Though I disagree with the
celebrities activities like
that, should I respect them
for their money and fame?
I don't think that we need the
luxury like that party for
protect our world!!
