Who's getting creamed in Hollywood?

Cold Stone Creamery seems to be the celebrity DOC (desert of choice).

Earlier this year, Katie Holmes treated the entire crew of her new film, "Mad Money," to the ice cream delights on location in Louisiana. Now the sweet stuff is taking a licking at Hollywood birthday bashes. On VMA weekend, Ludacris (soon to be an elf in "Fred Claus") treated guests at his party at the Rio in Vegas to specialized Cold Stone cakes personalized to celebrate his achievements in film, music, philanthropy, and as an overall mega-mogul.

Emmy Rossum recently celebrated her birthday with friends at home and feasted on a gluten-free Sweet Cream and raspberry cake. She raved on her MySpace blog that it was only the best ice cream she'd ever had! Mario Lopez celebrated at Crobar in Chicago last week with rich ganache covered Coldstone ice cream cakes.

And E! Network's new reality princess Kim Kardashian, star of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," feasted on Cookies and Creamery at Les Deux this week.

Seems her brother Robert knows all about her Cold Stone addiction and organized the sweet treat as a surprise.

At the birthday bash: her mom, sisters and friends Melody Thornton (The Pussycat Dolls) and Robin Antin (creator of the Pussycat Dolls), Brittany Gastineau and Adrianne Bailon from the Cheetah Girls who happens to be dating Kim's brother, Robert.

I'm gonna float a theory here: could Cold Stone be the secret behind Kim's infamously generous rear asset?

To check out the evidence, you'll have to surf the web for Kim's scandalous leaked nude photos.Or you could actually watch her show that stars Bruce Jenner,(yes, that Bruce Jenner), his wife Kris, (divorced from OJ's attorney, the late Robert Kardashian) and her three hard-partying, hard-working daughters, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe as well as her brothers and assorted strange friends.

I've got a gut feeling that Kim's birthday party - and that famous ice cream cake - will be in an upcoming episode. Now, put your lips together and blow!
