Where did Brad/Angelina disappear to?

Where did Brad and Angelina go and what did they do during a quick break in the Golden Globes show last night? Oh, wouldn't you like to know...

Angie, looking elegant in a gray St. John strapless gown, held onto Brad's arm as they made their way to the small bar outside the International Ballroom and just above the pool area during a break in the show. There are lots of 3 and 4 minute breaks so everyone famous who is literally trapped at their tables in the center of the room usually jumps up and makes a beeline to the bathroom or the smoking area, ostensibly to get some air (huh?). 

Brad and Angelina stood at the bar to get some drinks (looked like water) with their CAA agent Bryan Lourd and then they all headed outside to stand underneath a heat lamp, as civilian Globes-goers tried to get close enough to take their photos with trembling cell phones. "The temperature just shot up in here," remarked one observer.

Maybe it's just me but Angie's multiple script tatts looked a bit paler than usual. Perhaps a touch of foundation or powder toned them down?  Beefy security guards stood by in case anyone tried to speak to the hot couple. But Angie made conversation with several stunned  women already under the heat lamp and David Arquette chatted with Brad but as one onlooker/listener noted, "He was kind of babbling and didn't make much sense. It was weird."

Brad and Angelina tend to have that effect on people.

No sign of the couple at any of the parties. Not Paramount, Instyle, Fox, Weinstein, Universal/NBC, E!. And trust me, I looked. Everyone looked. In fact, I'm still checking to find out if they were somewhere I missed.

Angelina seemed to be smiling and sweet the rest of the night. I wonder what was up while she and Brad were speaking to Ryan Seacrest As for where they were at the after party? According to Tom ONeil, they were went home to put the kiddies to bed. That's kinda disapointing as a fan. I love that they have a great family and are so dedicated to the kids and they seem to totally be in love. But come on. This is Golden Globes. Yes, it not quite the Oscars, but they can't hang around ONE night without the kids?

I was surprised Brad and Angelina spoke to Ryan Seacrest at all. Not only has E! been bad-mouthing Angelina at every available opportunity for the last 6 weeks, but they also tresspassed on Brad's property while the Jolie-Pitts were in India. Maybe Brad decided not to sue them once the culprits were fired, but the fact of the matter is that E! has been pro-Aniston from the time Brad Pitt FINALLY dumped her. I'm sure Cindy Gaugenti (Brad's publicist) is fully aware of how badly E! has been speaking of Angie lately, but maybe they felt Seacrest was better than those catty Rivers women or the neo-fascist FOX NEWS channel.

All of that aside, it's nice to see that Brad wasn't smoking!

I think Brad has been taking drugs... he looked v. v. haggard on the carpet.

I also think that Brangelina is heading for the rocks. Angie was treating him pretty icily. She didn't smile once all night.
Also, is she pregnant? I thought I saw a suspicious bump under her dress.

OTT, I think that Jeremy Piven is definitely gay. No real straight man CONSTANTLY refers to himself as a "straight man" every time he gets interviewed.

Yes, it was the Golden Globes, but apparently they felt time with their kids as a family was more imporant than parading for photographers and reporters. Also, they're both looking thinner and gaunt. Raising kids is enough work, let alone filming and publicity and their various humanitarian causes on top of that. Maybe they welcomed a chance to rest. Wherever their travels take them, they make time for the kids as well as time for just the two of them.

Love the tattoos. I watched the 8 entertainment shows plus NBC's coverage. Angelina Jolie looked very unhappy with Ryan Seacrest, and I wondered about that because she's usually warm and friendly on the red carpet. I did see film and pictures of Angelina laughing, greeting/hugging/kissing actor friends, kissing Brad, etc. later. Angelina isn't one to hide what she's feeling and thinking, and whatever it was that bothered her about Ryan Seacrest, she couldn't make herself civil to him.
