Found on EBay -- Mystery Postcard [Updated]

[Update: What’s wrong with this postcard?  Notice City Hall way down the block? Please congratulate Cat Murray for recognizing this as Broadway, not Spring Street. ] This postcard of downtown Los Angeles has been listed on EBay…. Does anyone notice anything unusual about it? The card says Spring St., but the trolley says Grand Ave.

1. No Parking Meters

2. Street Lights are electric powered and not gas powered.

3. The Pacific Electric Cars do not have a bright red color.

4. Where are the poles or supports that are supporting the power cables, providing the power to the cars?

5. No traffic controls- Traffic lights, signs or police officers.

I don't see overhead wire for streetcar going in opposite direction.

Must be hand tinted. Quaint and delightful. Wonder if anyone printed a Stereopticon version? Would have made a great perspective shot in 3-D.
