I always read all the other articles on these newspaper pages -- for instance the picture of Thelma and Gloria Morgan, later to become mother of Gloria Vanderbilt and grandmother of today's Anderson Cooper, forced to handle their own baggage, poor dears, upon arrival from Europe because of a longshoreman strike . . . relics of the last gilded age.
