Am guessing the sweater girl is Gloria Withers. That because she is standing next to the befuddled, Chester A. Riley. She's too sexy to be Chester's wife Peg, and about the right age to be his daughter.
William Bendix, a great noir killer, was also superb in working class comedy. Another actor who was old when he was young.
