For shame... looks like they expect the winning bidder to hire a crew to remove the fireplace, presumably from the place it's been since 1923. No guarantee of perfect condition and unbroken tiles when you do THAT, and the architectural karmic ramifications will likely resonate for generations.

Perhaps their house is in foreclosure. I wonder if the fireplace sold. The listing is gone from eBay now.
