Oh please, please return to the days of yesteryear (last week!) when you printed blow-ups of Matt Weinstock's and Paul Coats' columns! These old boomer eyes can't read the copy as it pops up on my screen as part of a full page, and I'm sure I'm not your only reader with this nasty age-induced problem.

If you want to view it in larger print, click on the image. This will load the full-size image by itself. Then put your mouse over the image (it should look like a magnifying glass with a plus sign in the middle) and click. It should be readable then.
Larry Harnisch. The leading Black Dahlia expert and a collaborator in the 1947project, Harnisch has been a copy editor at The Times since 1988. He has appeared on many TV shows discussing the Dahlia case, notably "James Ellroy's Feast of Death."

The reporter's badge belonged to Sid Hughes (1908-1958), legendary reporter who worked at nearly every newspaper in Los Angeles.
