Carl Warr is arrested 25 years after strapping a bomb on himself and walking into the office of Police Chief Charles Sebastian ... I believe the Los Angeles County district attorney's office still has parts of this bomb ... Mayor Frank Shaw says he is contemplating a lawsuit against the recall campaign ...
