Carl Warr is arrested 25 years after strapping a bomb on himself and walking into the office of Police Chief Charles Sebastian ... I believe the Los Angeles County district attorney's office still has parts of this bomb ... Mayor Frank Shaw says he is contemplating a lawsuit against the recall campaign ... On the jump, a feature on Edgar J. Goodspeed, a New Testament scholar who wrote the mystery "The Curse in the Colophon." At the bottom right, the original page from the 1912 bombing scare.
