I hate seeing the cemented in front lawn. Disgusting. Checked the house on Live local. A few years ago there was green grass where there is concrete today. Sad to see that.
Biggest difference between the L.A. of the 1950's and the L.A. of today is the loss of open spaces and vacant lots. Old timers always mention how there were lots of vacant lots and open areas to play in when they were kids. All of that is gone now.
