Celebrity at Sundance
Midway between the truffled gnocchi and the wrapped tuna, Woody Harrelson moseyed into the VIP dinner party known as Chefdance, ordered a whiskey and inexplicably began lobbing sliced jalapeƱos into the mouth of his buddy Kenny Griswold, another good-time guy who happened to own the place -- a beloved Main Street music venue and subterranean restaurant called Harry O's.
Owen Wilson was nowhere to be found -- though he and Harrelson have been inseparable lately. There was some talk that Wilson might have ducked into a "celebrity poker game" taking place in a hidden enclave nearby.
Though it should be said that the term "celebrity" was being cast about loosely. One of the lesser Baldwins and Kato Kaelin were the only recognizable faces in the crowd of agents, producers, journalists and National Lampoon vice president of special operations Chris Williams, an amiable fellow with some "naughty" pictures of Paris Hilton that he usually carries everywhere but left in his condo -- much to the chagrin of his dinner companions.
Somewhere across the din of schmooze was a glossy duo of jaw-droppingly buxom ladies, the most self-directed of whom marched her pink hot pants over to Williams to say hello. (He later explained their relationship with an embarrassed shrug, saying something about her acting aspirations and his "weak moment.")
"They put all the hot girls at one table," she said, rolling a hip ever so slightly as she motioned toward where she was sitting. Then, aware she might have insulted the women at Williams' table, winked a turquoise-lined eyelid and added: "What can I say?" She excused herself then, explaining the abrupt departure by referencing her "ADD."
After Harrelson arrived, Pink Hot Pants staked out a spot in the actor's sight line and gaped.
But Harrelson didn't seem to notice. He was bracing himself for another incoming jalapeƱo.

I was at Chef Dance when Woody was making his exit. He was drunk off his A** and was being held up by at least 4 people. He was laughing hysterically and having a very good time. Very loud - swirling about yelling over at every-one in a drunken stupor. Very entertaining.
Very Woody. He is a character that just knows how to enjoy himself.
