Bought & Sold: Is 'Baghead' already in the bag?
With offers already on the table, a number of other distributors jumped in after Thursday afternoon's
screening of "Baghead," the horror-meets-mumblecore pastiche from writer-directors Jay and Mark Duplass.
"You can quote me on that, it's definitely in play," said Josh Braun of Submarine Entertainment and sales agent for the film.
Apparently the offers are coming from a surprising mix of distributors, from mid-level players to mini-majors. It is expected that a deal will close by Friday morning.
