Allen will replace the fired Hue Jackson and will formally be introduced as the team’s coach on Monday. General Manager Reggie McKenzie finalized the details of the deal with Allen on Thursday.

The Raiders haven’t had a winning record in nine consecutive seasons. Allen will be the team’s seventh head coach since 2003.
