Eric-gordon_350Merry Christmas, Clippers Nation, you are now part of the big time, part of the NBA’s opening-night lineup on Dec. 25.

The Clippers will play the Golden State Warriors on Christmas night in Oakland, two people with knowledge of the situation who were not authorized to speak publicly on the matter confirmed Thursday.

The Clippers, with All-Star Blake Griffin, have become must-see television.

The Warriors, with new Coach Mark Jackson, who worked at ESPN and ABC as an NBA analyst last season, are an intriguing team.
