It appears New York Yankees superstar Alex Rodriguez is dating former pro wrestler Torrie Wilson, as they were spotted in, of all places, Boise, Idaho. (We will now pause as you come up with your own A-Rod, pro wrestler, steroids joke).
The Idaho Statesman reports Rodriguez was at a fitness center in Boise on Monday with Wilson, who wrestled with WCW and WWE from 1999-2008.
‘He just kind of rode the bike and signed autographs for people,’ Dax McIntosh, the assistant manager of the fitness club, told the Idaho Statesman. ‘He was real cordial. We get a lot of celebrities, but this is definitely the first time he’s been in.’
Wait, they get a lot of celebrities in Boise? Is today April 1?
Rodriguez and Wilson were also seen earlier this month in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with George Clooney and his girlfriend, former pro wrestler Stacy Keibler.
So apparently, if you want to date a high-profile male, you need to become a pro wrestler. It’s a shame The Fabulous Moolah passed away; she would have been a perfect companion for several celebrities.
