Little League World Series start time pushed back to 12:30 PDT

The first pitch of the Little League World Series final between the U.S. team from Ocean View Little League in Huntington Beach, representing the West, and international champion Japan is now scheduled for 12:30 p.m. Pacific time.

It is the third time the game has been rescheduled because of storms spawned by Hurricane Irene. Rain is still falling but with less force and more moderate winds. The game is scheduled to be televised by ABC.
