Metrolink to offer weeknight train service to and from Angel Stadium

Iqp3mhkn The Angels, Metrolink and the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) are teaming up this season to provide special weeknight train service to and from Angel Stadium beginning with Friday night's home opener against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Round-trip service to the stadium will be offered from Los Angeles Union Station and the Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo station for weeknight home games that start at 7:05 p.m. Round-trip tickets will cost $7 for the general public and $6 for seniors.

A southbound train from Los Angeles and a northbound train from Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo will depart at 5:50 p.m. and make all regular stops on Metrolink’s Orange County line.

Both trains are scheduled to arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the game and will depart 30 minutes after the final out from the Anaheim Metrolink station, in the parking lot of Angel Stadium.
