It’s minutes from the opening face-off of the regular season finale between the Kings and Ducks at Staples Center.

Ducks Goaltender Ray Emory has a lower body injury and is not available for tonight’s game. Anaheim Coach Randy Carlyle said he expects Emory to be ready for the playoffs, which are likely to start Wednesday or Thursday.

Dan Ellis is starting with Jonas Hiller as the back up.

The Ducks announced today that they have recalled center Nick Bonino and goaltender J.P. Levasseur from the Syracuse Crunch, Anaheim’s primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League.

The Ducks called up Levasseur as insurance in case Hiller didn’t feel good enough to back up Ellis tonight, but Hiller will be on the bench to back up Ellis.

Bonino participated in pre-game warmups but will not play.
