Hockey: Kings pull to within 3-1 of Ducks

Ryan Smyth scored his 23rd goal of the season on the power play at 18:24 of the second period and the Kings have cut their deficit to 3-1 at Staples Center.

It was Smyth’s 100th point with the Kings. The goal was assisted by Drew Doughty and Jack Johnson, who notched his 100th career point.
