The Kings continue to smother power plays against the Calgary Flames on Monday in a game that is scoreless after one period.

The Flames had nothing to show for two power plays in the first period, running the Kings’ penalty-killing streak to 30 power plays over the last 10 games.

Kings’ goaltender Jonathan Quick kept that streak alive with two quality saves on a power play late in the period.
