Kevin Na, who went to Diamond Bar High School, has never won a PGA Tour event. He’s finished second three times but never first.

And Na (pictured at left on the first green) is in second place right now at the Northern Trust Open. After shooting a three-under 32 on the front nine of his third round at Riviera Country Club, Na birdied the par-four 10th hole. He is two shots behind Aaron Baddeley and tied with Fred Couples, who finished his front nine in a one-under 34.

Baddeley has birdied four of his last five holes to go 11-under through 10 holes of the third round.

Couples, 51, is trying to win his third title here and become only the third 51-year-old to win on the PGA Tour. There is also one 52-year-old who has won on the Tour -- Sam Snead who was 52 years, 10 months and 8 days old when he won the 1965 Greater Greensboro Open.

Phil Mickelson, another two-time winner of this event, had been optimistic about still having a chance to get into the mix here after he was one-under after two rounds. But Mickelson is three-over through 16 holes on his round today and is tied for 58th.
