Northern Trust Open: Fred Couples making a move

Fred Couples is a two-time winner of the Northern Trust Open and very much a fan favorite at Riviera Country Club and he is sneaking up the leaderboard this afternoon. After 11 holes Couples is two-under par, tied for 13th and two shots behind the seven men who are currently tied for the lead.

Couple is 51 and mostly plays on the Champions Tour, the place for the over-50 set. But Couples loves Riviera and he has birdied three of his last four holes.
