Report: Reggie Bush has a broken bone in his leg, could miss six weeks

Bush_400 New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush broke his right fibula during Monday night's 25-22 victory over the San Francisco 49ers, the Associated Press is reporting.

A person familiar with the injury, suffered while recovering a muffed punt midway through the fourth quarter, said Bush would be examined Tuesday and could miss about six weeks. The team is off Tuesday and it is unclear when further information on Bush's injury will be released.

Earlier in the game, Bush caught a six-yard touchdown pass in his first action since giving back the 2005 Heisman Trophy he won while at USC.
