Promoter: Paul Williams-Sergio Martinez Nov. 20 fight official

Williams_250 Paul Williams' promoter, Dan Goossen, told The Times on Monday that his fighter will square off against world middleweight champion Sergio Martinez Nov. 20 at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City.

The fight is a rematch of a majority decision won by Williams in December 2009 at the same venue. Martinez proceeded to claim the middleweight belt over Kelly Pavlik, and Williams won a controversial technical decision over Kermit Cintron in May.

"The two most feared fighters in the world, you can't get much better than that," Goossen said.

Argentina's Martinez, 35, is 45-2-2 with 24 knockouts. The 29-year-old Williams (39-1, 27 KOs), who tried and failed to land a shot at Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. before this bout was finalized, is a former world welterweight champion. The bout will be televised on HBO.
