Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s vacation from the public eye ended the same week as Manny Pacquiao launched his cross-country publicity tour to promote his Nov. 13 bout in Texas versus Antonio Margarito.

In a four-plus-minute Ustream video posted on Huffington Post and other websites, Mayweather, who could have been Pacquiao’s Nov. 13 opponent but declined, launched into an expletive-filled, racial rant blasting Pacquiao.

Mayweather chided Pacquiao’s height, calling him a “midget,” criticized the Filipino fighter’s record and predicted that when he finally does fight Pacquiao -- something the boxing world has clamored for -- the bout will be a “cakewalk.”

Most graphically, Mayweather took racial shots at Pacquiao and said he’ll leave him as a beaten foe to “make me a sushi roll.”

Mayweather also continued on his criticism that Pacquiao isn’t savvy in business, with Mayweather announcing, “I wore Reebok for three weeks for $1 million,” and said Pacquiao’s locked into a longer deal with Nike for “seven g’s.”

Pacquiao reviewed Mayweather’s video with one of his publicists nearby and said, “The video speaks for itself.”

Mayweather’s publicists said they have seen the video but at this point have no comment.
