Cox Cable adds NFL Network RedZone channel

Cox Cable, which covers much of Orange County and San Diego, will begin offering the NFL RedZone channel this football season. You must have the digital tier that includes the NFL Network to get the RedZone, which will cost $39.99 for a season’s pass.

The NFL RedZone shows every touchdown of every team live (or nearly so). When a team gets inside the 20-yard-line (the ‘red zone’ in football talk), the RedZone channel goes to the game.The channel is broadcast in high definition and is hosted by Scott Hanson.
