World Cup: To end officiating fiasco, use replay, more refs

I’m hoping Sunday’s World Cup championship game between Spain and the Netherlands is decided by an officiating decision as bad as the one that denied England what would have been a tying -- and possibly game-changing -- goal in its second-round loss to Germany. It might prompt some long-overdue action.
