Pac-10 football predictions

There weren’t many surprises in the Pacific 10 Conference’s annual media poll, with reporters predicting that Oregon and USC will finish one-two this season.

Oregon State, Stanford, Oregon State and Arizona rounded out the top five, as expected.

UCLA was picked No. 8.

Another expected pick -- woeful Washington State in last place. Again.

‘The last two seasons have been pretty rough,’ defensive end Kevin Kooyman said. ‘You just kind of have to ignore it.’
