Pac-10 media day: Bruins’ Moore looking at big picture

UCLA junior safety Rahim Moore was painting with broad strokes at the Pacific 10 Conference media day Thursday. Moore intercepted 10 passes last season and has 13 for his career, six short of the UCLA career record. But he will play without an abacus this season.

“It’s not about topping last year, it’s about getting the team better,” Moore said. “This year is a good chance to showcase talent on a big stage, playing Houston, Texas and Kansas State. This year is not about me, it’s about the team.”
