LeBron James has really left the building in Cleveland

 Mural1_640
It's a sign of the times in Cleveland.

Workers removed a giant Nike banner featuring former Cavaliers star LeBron James from the side of the Landmark Office Tower across the street from Quicken Loans Arena this weekend.

The sign, featuring James with his arms outstretched after tossing powder into the air, served as a backdrop for the Cavaliers' success during the seven years James spent with the team.

They probably could have saved a lot of money and just let angry Cavaliers fans tear it down after James announced on national television that he was leaving the Cavaliers as a free agent to play for the Miami Heat.

But at least those jilted fans got in a parting shot, heaving rocks at the mural in the hours after James' announcement.
