Greg Pursley in search of first NASCAR K&N Pro Series West win at Irwindale

Greg Pursley has won a number of races at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale. He won a NASCAR Toyota All-Star Showdown race at the track. He won two races in the defunct NASCAR Elite Division Southwest Tour at Irwindale.

He won a NASCAR Whelen All-American Series national championship six years ago racing Super Late Models at Irwindale.

But the one race at Irwindale the Canyon High of Canyon Country graduate has yet to win is in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West. He will try to change that Saturday night.

Pursley returns to the track that has produced some of the biggest wins of his NASCAR career with a new car and a bit of reckless abandon. He wants to win a race, and Irwindale, site of Saturday night’s King Taco 200, is the perfect setting.
