Clipper update: Two rookies signed

Rarely a quiet day in the NBA ... anywhere.

The Clippers made it official Saturday morning, announcing they signed rookie forward Al-Farouq Aminu and rookie guard Eric Bledsoe. Aminu, who was the No. 8 draft pick overall, will earn $2.1 million this season.

They acquired Bledsoe in a draft-day deal with the Thunder. Oklahoma City had selected Bledsoe at No. 18, and he will be making $1.2 million. The next big day for the two: Tuesday. That's when they will make their Summer League debut in Las Vegas.

Back to the money, briefly.

Let's put it this way: Plenty of money for these guys to buy dougnuts for Baron Davis and Co. this fall.
