UCLA received a boost in building an offensive line for the future, getting two verbal commitments from offensive tackles.

Marc Mustoe of Arvada (Colo.) West High School and Torian White of Lakewood High School both committed to the Bruins.

Mustoe, sought by several schools including Nebraska, Colorado, Arizona, Arizona State and Wisconsin, is 6-foot-7 and 273 pounds. White, who was also being recruited by Colorado State and Washington State, is 6-foot-4 and 260 pounds.

The Bruins lost half the offensive linemen in their 2009 recruiting class. Tackle Xavier Su’a-Filo left to go on a two-year Mormon mission. Tackle Nik Abele was forced to retire from football because of a neck injury.
