The King has spoken!

But don’t cancel the parades or heartfelt musical tributes or anything else you might have planned to lure the two-time reigning NBA MVP just yet.

Ever since the night his Cavaliers were eliminated from the NBA playoffs nearly three weeks ago, LeBron James has been mum.

No word from James himself about what his plans are once the free agency period opens this summer, leaving us with nothing else to do but speculate -- and we’ve been doing plenty of it.

Now we have this from James himself:

The Cavaliers ‘have an edge’ to sign him this summer.

In an interview with CNN’s Larry King to be broadcast on ‘Larry King Live’ on Friday, James says of Cleveland: ‘[I]t’s comfortable. I’ve got a lot of memories here.’

So there you have it -- let the further speculation (and parades, songs, etc.) begin.
