Clipper update: One down, one to go

Just glad that Dwane Casey left me a parking spot at Clippers HQ....

Clipperslogo The current Mavericks assistant coach and one of the two remaining candidates for the Clippers' head coaching spot was interviewing at the team's practice facility in Playa Vista earlier today.

Next up: Former Bulls coach Vinny Del Negro. His turn in the interviewing process is likely to be on Tuesday with the possibility it could be a day later. Which all means a final decision could come by Wednesday, one day before the free-agency period opens.

This capped a busy period as  two first-round draft choices were introduced to the media in the afternoon: forward Al-Farouq Aminu of Wake Forest and guard Eric Bledsoe of Kentucky.

Wonder if they ran into Casey at the practice facility or whether they'll see Del Negro at the airport tomorrow.
