Yuri Foreman to appear on Thursday's 'Jimmy Kimmel Live'

Foreman_300 Unbeaten junior-middleweight boxing champion and aspiring rabbi Yuri Foreman will take his story to the late-night crowd Thursday when he appears on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live."

Foreman (28-0, 8 knockouts) is preparing for his first title defense June 5 at Yankees Stadium versus former world welterweight champion Miguel Cotto on HBO.

The Times' Kevin Baxter documented Foreman's fascinating story earlier this year.
