Poll: Was Dodgers GM Ned Colletti out of line in publicly criticizing outfielder Matt Kemp?

Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp received a two-year, $10.95-million contract during the offseason. He is off to a strong start at the plate but has misplayed numerous balls in the outfield and reverted back to his earlier baserunning problems Tuesday.

General Manager Ned Colletti was referring to Kemp when he said to KABC radio’s Peter Tilden: "The baserunning's below average. The defense is below average. Why is it? Because he got a new deal? I can't tell you."

What do you think of Colletti's comments? Was he out of line or right on target? Vote below, then leave a comment explaining why you voted the way you did.
