Phil Mickelson to join Tiger Woods at Quail Hollow Championship

Phil_400 The big names keep signing on for the Quail Hollow Championship.

A day after Tiger Woods announced it would be the second event in his return to competitive golf, Masters champion Phil Mickelson committed Friday to play in the Charlotte, N.C., tournament, which begins April 29.

Mickelson has played the tournament five times and has four top-10 finishes, including a fifth-place tie last year. Woods finished fourth last year and won it in 2007.

The event will also include Lee Westwood, Jim Furyk, Padraig Harrington, Retief Goosen, Hunter Mahan, Kenny Perry and defending champion Sean O'Hair.
