Paulie Harraka ranked No. 1 in latest NASCAR Hunter Index

Paulie Harraka, winner of the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West season opener at All American Speedway in Roseville, was voted the No. 1 driver in NASCAR’s Hunter Index released Thursday.

Harraka was ranked the top driver in the NASCAR developmental series across the nation.

Cole Whitt, who used to race late models at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale, came in at No. 2 in the Hunter Index. He is leading the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East standings after a pair of runner-up finishes to start the season.

Nick Joanides, a driver from Woodland Hills and the reigning NASCAR Super Late Model champion at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale, came in at No. 9. He won the Super Late Model season opener at Irwindale on March 27.
