Clippers’ forward Craig Smith did not make the quick trip with the team for Thursday night’s game in Sacramento because of a sore lower back.

Smith, coming off the bench, had five points, three assists and two rebounds in 11:33 of action in the Clippers’ 93-85 loss to Portland on Wednesday night at Staples Center.

This will be the Clippers’ final road game of the season, and they have three remaining games at home in the regular season.

Smith was honored by the organization on Wednesday with the 2009-10 Kia Community Service Award for his ‘exceptional commitment to the Clippers community outreach program throughout the season.’

The team also announced that Kia and the Clippers Foundation have selected Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times to receive a donated 2010 Kia Sedona.
