Lose a game and tinker with the lineup.

Yes, that time-honored playoff tradition.

The Canucks’ minor move for tonight’s Game 3 at Staples Center: The physical presence of left wing Tanner Glass in, and center Rick Rypien out. Staying intact is the first line, but left wing Mason Raymond is with center Ryan Kesler and Mikael Samuelsson on the second line.

Kyle Wellwood is centering Michael Grabner and Steve Bernier on the third line, and the fourth line is Glass-Pavol Demitra-Jannik Hansen.

“I’m not going to discuss my possible lineup changes,” said Vancouver Coach Alain Vigneault. “But if you were to speculate that might give us a better bounce on the road. You might look smart.”
