Niko Gallego’s sacrifice fly in the ninth inning scored pinch runner Chris Giovinazzo with the winning run, giving UCLA a 3-2 victory over visiting UC Riverside Tuesday night, improving the Bruins’ record to 10-0. UCLA hasn’t had a 10-game winning streak since the 1982 season.

Freshman Cody Keefer led the Bruins with three hits. Another freshman, Beau Amaral, had two hits.

Mitchell Beacom threw 2 1/3 innings of scoreless relief to pick up the victory.
