Report: Enes Kanter to sign letter of intent with Kentucky

Scout.com is reporting that Turkish star Enes Kanter, who orally committed to Washington in November, will sign a national letter of intent with Kentucky.

The Seattle Times is also reporting the story, saying they received a call from a reporter in Louisville who said the story appears to be true.

Per NCAA rules, the Kentucky coaches aren’t acknowledging the report, but as the reporter told the Seattle Times: ‘There’s a lot of happy people in Lexington.’

Rivals.com caught up with Kanter’s prep coach Derryck Thornton who confirmed the report.
