Bob Miller, still bothered by a case of shingles, probably won’t return to call the Kings’ game against Nashville on Sunday at Staples Center.

Miller had indicated he was doubtful about returning Sunday, and on Friday a club spokesman said the Kings expect to continue with the TV and radio broadcasting teams they’ve had the past few games. Those tandems are Nick Nickson and Jim Fox on FS West and Daryl Evans and Mike Kalinowski on KTLK 1150 and the other stations on the Kings’ radio network.

Here’s hoping for a speedy recovery for Miller, the Kings’ voice for 37 seasons.
