Hall of Fame reliever Rich ‘Goose’ Gossage does not care much for the antics of Francisco Rodriguez, who set the single-season save record for the Angels in 2008 and then signed with the New York Mets.

In an interview with the New York Times, Gossage was asked about Rodriguez, the Yankees’ Joba Chamberlain and other relievers who ‘gesture and dance around the mound.’

‘K-Rod is a clown,’ Gossage said. ‘I don’t think there is any place for it in the game. You respect that other team.’
